Posted by Picasa

Rose meanings

Roses are the original Valentines Day flowers - they’ve been associated with love ever since Cleopatra filled a room two-feet deep with rose petals for Marc Anthony! Today, roses are still the ultimate symbol of romance and love, the classic Valentines Day gift.
For Generations, the rose has traditionally been the favourite symbol for love and beauty. Whether giving to a loved one or simply for your own pleasure, we are sure that you will enjoy our collection of the freshest roses straight from our nursery.
However, when selecting a rose bouquet, remember roses have a language of their own
Red:
No colour can say “I love you” better than this Valentine Favourite. It not only speaks of passion, but also stands for noble values such as respect and courage.
Pink:
In general, symbolises grace and gentility, The pink carries that message of happiness. Deep pink says “thank you”. Light pink conveys admiration and sympathy.
Peach:
Conveys sociability and friendship, modesty, appreciation, admiration and sympathy.
Golden Yellow:
Expresses joy and gladness – the best gift for new mothers, newlyweds or graduates. They are also a subtle reminder for a busy husband, wife, boyfriend or girlfriend.

White:
Has several special meanings – “you’re heavenly”, reverence, humility, innocence and purity, “I’m worthy of you”, secrecy and silence. In rose history, white roses are just as colourful as red ones!
Orange:
Denotes enthusiasm and desire. Perfect for letting people know that you want to get to know them better.

Pha Pathom Chedi

Pha Pathom Chedi

I went to cover with gold leaves with my friends at Pha Pathom Chedi.We went to pour sacred water on somebody.After that,We went to cast lots.I got number 7, It told that....
No.7
Number seven ends sorrow with a flow of happiness,
Family and friends rejoice and celebrate.
But you are moody and restless.
Make merit and give alms as you deem best;
Contentment and success may this be attained.
Don't be greedy and covetous or you Il suffer the pain.
This edition should be heeded; by listening you again
Like planting fruit trees near the house you maintain;
Life should be happy in everything that remains.

Asked about luck, the answer is " Excellent "
On items lost,you will find them again.

About a mate to marry,Love and adore,
A really good person,you Il get what you wish for.

On a sick person,he Il speedily recover;

On other questions asked,' ALSO GOOD " is the answer.

Floating Market

In the holidays after Songkran festival, I went to the floating market in Damnoen Saduak. It is about two hours from Nakhonpathom. I went there in the late afternoon. If you want to go to the floating market, I suggest that you should go there early in the morning before 8 o'clock. Because if you go there later, there will be more tourists and more boats. We went on the boat at 7.00 in the morning. It was perfect at that time.

In floating market you can rent a boat to go around the canal. The price is not fixed, it's around 300-400 baht per boat.

Lots of stuffs are selling on the boat everyday. Most of them are food, fruits, vegetables and souvenirs.

Most of the tourists in the early morning are Thai people. The boats are going around the canal and you can ask an oarsman to stop to buy some stuff.
